 We are working on ordering new uniforms for the 2010 season.
We received a grant from USAT to pay for a portion of the uniforms.
This plus sponsor procurement will result in deeply discounted pricing to our members.
I am looking to see how many people would be interested in getting a tri top (sleeveless jersey) for next year at a cost not to exceed $20. The uniforms will be fully sublimated with a hidden zipper and will have a couple of pockets.
Having an estimate on the number of uniforms will help in negotiations with the vendor and to recruit sponsors.
Implying an interest is not a commitment.
I understand that you will want to see the uniform prior to purchase.
If you are interested, please reply by Logging on and going to Members/add event/single sport/ and add the event "12/32/2009 Club Jersey Interest" by July 10, 2009.
The uniform will be different from the current version, but for reference, a picture of the current version can be found on the website in the Club info / 2009 Club News menu.

Kathy Robbins wrote a report on the new Speedy-Feet Wheelie fun Triathlon series, we had 8 club members out of the 38 participants you can read about it and hope to see you there
3rd Duathlon of the season is over, yet another great event with 39 participants, 2 more left this year, As race director Jeff Coudron says "Next month’s race is July 28… whether you are out to win or just looking for some fun and fellowship, you can’t beat these duathlons. They are FREE! That’s right FREE! We ask for donations just to cover the cost of pop, cookies and goodies for after the race." This is a club event as members we should try to support them before they go away from lack of participants. Basically a flat course, great for beginners, or a good mid week speed workout for the better athletes. Plus there are always many door prizes given away.
